Keeley Lawlor
RESIDENT IN COUNSELING
Keeley firmly believes that healing comes from within, and is committed to guiding clients in their self-discovery, helping them thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. Whether you're navigating a difficult time in life, managing stress, or simply looking to grow, she is there to support you in unlocking your full potential and living a balanced, fulfilling life.
Being the wife of a first responder, she has a special passion for working with them and their families, recognizing the unique challenges they face. Working with both teens and adults, she has a strong belief in the power of personal growth, utilizing a person-centered, holistic approach that empowers clients to become their own healers. She believes in treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Whether it's addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, she offers personalized care designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her goal is to empower clients to build resilience, improve their mental well-being, and foster lasting healing.
Keeley received her Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) and her Master's degree in Counselor Education from Longwood University. In her down time, Keeley likes spending time outdoors by hiking, kayaking, or taking her dog on walks. She enjoys reading, film photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
