Clinical Supervision

Congratulations! You are one step closer to obtaining LPC or LMFT licensure.

Here at Realign Your Mind Counseling Services, LLC, we believe clinical supervision is essential for promoting professional growth, maintaining high standards of care, supporting emotional well-being, and ensuring ethical and accountable practice. It’s a cornerstone of effective and sustainable therapeutic practice.

According to the Virginia Board of Counseling, LPC and LMFT residents must meet with an approved supervisor for a minimum of 200 hours of in-person supervisory sessions, occurring at a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours per 40 hours of work experience during the period of the residency. At least 100 of the 200 in-person supervisory hours must be obtained under board approved supervision with an LPC.

We provide individual and group supervision that focuses on topics such as ethical standards, clinical decision making, clinical documentation, counselor burn-out, development of self-awareness, evidence based approaches, and much more.

Our Board Approved Supervisors:

Jenine Stallings, LPC

Nicole Holler-Blackmon, LPC
