Harlee Marsh

Harlee Marsh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who received her Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in dance, from University of Richmond in 2015 and her Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, College of Health Professions in 2021.

Harlee has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the residential setting who seek help for various mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use and substance use exposure, transitions, serious mental illness, and maladaptive behaviors. She uses a client-centered approach with a variety of diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing with the addition of various art forms.

Harlee individualizes her approach to meet the unique needs of each of her clients. Harlee aims to establish a warm and empathetic alliance with her clients and create a safe environment to assist them in identifying their unmet areas of need and strengths to improve their overall quality of life.
