Ronika Schmidt (She/Her) is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2021. Ronika has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with depression, trauma, life adjustments, grief, and interpersonal relationships. Ronika is exploring different modalities, but uses a person-centered approach while using mindfulness-based techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Ronika is dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space.
