Kathryn Reynolds

RESIDENT IN COUNSELING

Kathryn Reynolds is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia. She has experience working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders as well as working with individuals with major life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology in 2020 from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from VCU. 

Kathryn utilizes cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, compassion-focused, strength-based, and acceptance and commitment therapy to promote her clients' growth, healing, and fulfillment. Kathryn seeks to provide a welcoming, safe, and judgment-free environment. She enjoys crafting, reading mysteries, and playing with her two kitties in her free time.
